In many of the cases, the downloading process is very easy as clicking the Download Now button of a website. When you click this button, a pop up will appear asking you to select the location to save the file that you are going to download. For easy retrieval, save these files in the folder called Download. - Right click on the link of the file that you want to download and select the option Save Target As. Select the option called Save the file.
- If necessary, go to the folder named Downloads and click the button called Save. Normally, in Windows 8, when you are downloading a file, the file will be saved in the location where you saved the previously downloaded file. This will help in easy navigation to these files.
The Windows 8 OS will start copying the file from a website to the system’s hard disk, no matter what the file type you download. When the downloading of the file is completed, a window will be seen on your screen and to open the folder where the file is downloaded, click the button called Open Folder.
