This is a docking station that doesn't require any extra drivers outside of Windows built-in.
Laptop is plugged into USB C, then an external monitor can be plugged into the docks HDMI connector. Additional keyboards and mice can be plugged into the dock. A power source can be plugged int the dock for charging of the laptop if supported.
