This is another one of those devices that driver scam sites are trying to exploit to get you to install their own batch of malware. ILITEK is a touch screen board maker, and from every bit of research that I have done there only seem to be a few firmware updates, and drivers are built into Windows. What I have found if it is of any use will be downloadable below. Good luck.
