There are no drivers for Windows or macOS, in fact this Bluetooth based device isn't intended at all for these operating systems. Android and Apple mobile devices do have labeling software however. You could run the Label Maker 1.4.0 software from Windows using an Android emulator. (also requires 6 x AA batteries). The Android version can be downloaded here:
