The AMD M690T chipset, originally codenamed "RS690T," is designed for mobile platforms and features an optional 16-bit DDR2 side-port memory, offering a maximum capacity of 128 MiB as a local frame buffer. It may pair with the SB700 southbridge in the "Trevally" platform, targeting the mobile market. The RS690T is part of AMD's "longevity program," ensuring chipset supply for at least five years after release. The M690T chipset, however, is currently paired with the SB600 southbridge.
