Ugreen CM748 (75073) Bluetooth 6.0 Adapter Driver

This is a USB Bluetooth dongle that is using the new 6.0 technology. It uses a Barrot chipset that we haven't identified yet. Also it uses model number that have been used on the 5.4 adapters. So there is some confusion.
