Iomega Z100P2 Parallel Port Zip Drive

The Iomega Z100P2 is setup using a Parallel Printer Port (LPT) on your computer. There is (2) LPT connections one uses the cable to go to the computer, the other goes to your printer or scanner. The reason that it setup like this is because there is usually only (1) LPT connection on the computer so the Z100P2 passes through the data from the printer so there is no need to keep hooking up/swapping the device every time it is needed.  To use this drive on a modern computer a Parallel to USB converter may work. The Z100P2 needs the original power adapter to be able to power up the device.
