This mouse has two options for use, Bluetooth or the 2.4Ghz Wireless USB nano dongle. There is a switch that you need to select for it to work on correct mode. If you are not pairing using Bluetooth you will need to plug the USB dongle into a free port on the device you wan to use it on. The Dongle is stored under the mouse battery compartment, if this is missing... then you will have to use Bluetooth or return the mouse saying that the dongle is missing.
