The Insignia NS-PNM3B8BK-C to be successfully paired with a computer/tablet:

1. One Fully Charged/New AA size Battery.
2. A computer or a device that has Bluetooth.
3. Once the batteries are inserted and the power switch is on.
4. Hold the pairing button under the mouse for a few seconds to get it into pairing mod.
5. On the computer go to add Bluetooth devices and look for Bluetooth 3.0 Mouse select it and connect.
