To use this mouse on your PC you will need to make a choice of how you want to connect with this mouse, if you are not going to use Bluetooth because your PC doesn't have Bluetooth then you will need to use the included USB Dongle. There is also a switch on the bottom of the mouse that selects either Windows OS or macOS mode, what exactly this does isn't clear, but but it is something you might need to change.
