HP EliteDisplay S230tm Touch Monitor/Camera Driver

Please read this before you do anymore searching for the webcam driver for this monitor. You must first have the monitor connected to the laptop/desktop via USB as not just RGB/DVI as this monitor has a built-in USB hub that must be functioning in order for the Webcam to appear in Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 8.  Most other driver websites that address this issue are taking advantage of people and installing malware.
