The HP Realtek RTL8101 Family PCI-E NIC Driver 6.202.125.2008 provides wired Ethernet connectivity for compatible HP computers running Windows Vista. It enables the integrated Realtek PCI Express network controller to communicate with Windows and connect to a wired local area network.
Driver Installation
- Locate the downloaded
SP38900.exefile. - Double-click the executable to launch the HP SoftPaq installer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to extract and install the Realtek Ethernet driver.
- Restart Windows if prompted.
- Open Device Manager and check Network adapters to confirm the Realtek RTL8101 device is installed.
- Connect an Ethernet cable and verify network connectivity.
