This converter adapts PCI Express to the older PCI card most modern motherboards have dropped the PCI slot. This device shouldn't need any additional drivers to function. Make sure the card is seated correctly and that an addition power requirements for the card are met and you should be good to go. Be aware that some older motherboards may not accept this adapter.
