The USB C Port on this printer is used for both charging the battery and connecting to a PC for printing.

Before Connecting the Printer:

In Windows, download Normal POS Driver VL2.0.3.exe (bottom of this page) and run the install program.

Select Location to install and Click Next

Create a Desktop Shortcut and click Next

Select Launch Normal POS Driver then click Finish

Select from the Printer Type drop down box "MP POS 8Inch"

From the Ports drop down box select "USB001"

Once the selections are correct click "Install Driver"

Now you can connect the printer and power it on.
