If you picked up some of these speakers somewhere you may notice that these speakers don't just have a 3.5mm audio jack but also a USB Type A connector. This USB is only to get 5 volts to power the amplified speakers up, this is no other function than that, hence there are no drivers. If you have a computer that doesn't have a USB type A connector to get power for these speakers you can use an other USB power source such as a type A USB adapter for an old phone or something to get the power it needs.
