No additional drivers are required Iomega 34169/eGo drivers they should appear momentarily, if is is not here are some things to check:
- USB Cable, make sure you use the same cable that came with the drive.
- Make sure the USB port that the drive is plugged into has a enough amps to power the drive, older USB powered Hard disks sometimes don't power up correctly on Laptops due to not enough current.
- Test it on another computer.
