There are no additional drivers for this device available; the manufacture never supplied drivers for this device as modern versions of Windows have the ability to mount this device and drives connected without the need for additional software.
As the Thermaltake BlacX Duet uses different drives as a docking station, you may need to become familiar with Disk Management in Windows as drive letters/file system formats will dictate what will appear in Windows Explorer.
The condition of the drive, also the age of the drive should be considered. Remember this dock needs the AC power adapter to be able to power up. This doesn't work alone with just USB port power. Use a USB 3.0 port for best results.
