Printer drivers are a headache, luckily most of the the fixes are mostly easy ones. If you have a message like this one:

Then there are a few things we can try to get it working again.
- Turn the printer off and back on remove USB cable the re-insert. Majority of Printer issues are this simple.
- Restart the computer, sometimes when a computer has been on for a while it becomes unstable, rebooting starts all the services including the printer spooler.
- Check for any issues on the printers interface if it had one. Sometimes printers won't print if the date is set wrong.
- Update any drivers related to the printer via the manufactures website.
- If your printer isn't supported anymore have a look through our printer section.
Main thing is to not panic and check these things in order, if after all these steps are followed there maybe something wrong with the printer, and unless it is under warranty replacing the printer outright is a good option, as printer prices have dropped dramatically over the years.
