Downloaded LeadTek-Winfast-DTV1000S.zip extract this file.
Inside the extracted archive.
Inside the extracted archive We need to go to PCI -> DTV1000 S -> 64bit
Inside the 64bit folder
Inside the 64bit folder select all the .inf files, right click them and click Install
The operation completed successfully.
After each file gets added to Windows you will get a message  The operation completed successfully. Click OK until they are all gone.
Go to the device manager click Action

Then go to down and click Add legacy hardware
Then go to down and click Add legacy hardware
Add hardware wizard: Click Next
Add hardware wizard: Click Next
Install Hardware Advanced.
Next select Install Hardware manually select from a list then click Next
Show all devices
Click Show All Devices then click Next
Device select list.
In the Manufacturer list scroll and select Leadtek then on the model list select WinFast DTV1000 S then click Next
Click Next to begine the install.
Click Next to begin the install.
