ADB and Fastboot tools and drivers used with the devices connected to a Windows PC/Laptop are essential to flash or do any other advanced functions on the phone. As many people don’t want to installed the full developer kit or other official packages that are much larger in size, a developer put a small package together that allows a bare minimum of the ADB and Fastboot command line tools that to download is right on 1 MB.

To install simply download the setup.exe run the package to install in the default location (C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>) after installation you will be given the chance to create a desktop icon, and then the option to use the program.
