If there are issues with this device not working it may come down to the USB-C port that it is plugged into. 1) The port may not have enough amp required to power the adapter up as it solely uses the power of the USB port to function. 2) If it has been plugged into a Android device it may not be recognized due to limitations on the USB-C Port. Some USB port are only used for charging. 3) The adapter is faulty and should be return for a refund if possible.
