Windows 10+ Install and disable signature enforcement.
In Windows 10 to deactivate the driver signature checking open CMD and run:
c:\>bcdedit/set test signing on
This will allow the driver to be installed dispite the signature being invalid. You will need to restart the computer before the Test Mode can take effect.
After the driver is installed you should tern off Test mode with this command using CMD:
c:\>bcdedit/set test signing off
Once again you will need to reboot for the test mode to be turned off.

How to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 8:
From the Metro Start Screen, open Settings (move your mouse to the bottom-right-corner of the screen and wait for the pop-out bar to appear, then click the Gear icon).
Click ‘More PC Settings’.
Click ‘General’.
Scroll down, and click ‘Restart now’ under ‘Advanced startup’.
Wait a bit.
Click ‘Troubleshoot’.
Click ‘Advanced Options’
Click ‘Windows Startup Settings’
Click Restart.
