Inland iC820 Light 1080P 30FPS Webcam

What is confusing about this webcam is that it is advertised as USB 3.1 however further down the product page it say that it is USB 2.0. Also users have claimed that the camera isn't giving a true 1080p on systems. As the camera uses the generic drivers that are built into Windows and other OS's there unfortunately isn't anything that can be done to rectify this and may be an issue with the actual hardware. Camera not doing what is advertised isn't an unusual phenomenon.
