This is a pretty old webcam now and Logitech dropped driver support many years ago. Drivers for Windows Vista, XP and 2000 was the last update. These drivers are ok if you are setting up a retro internet computer, otherwise with the price of webcams being so cheap these day it would be better to just get a new camera.
