Before you search any further, if you haven’t already... try plugging the camera into a USB port on your computer. The Camera should install without any need for additional drivers on Windows 7 through to Windows 10 also MacOS. Lower operating systems such as Windows XP and Vista my be a different story as the Camera’s don’t come with any drivers in the box, and are expected to be used on newer versions of Windows.
