Dynex DX-CR212 (12 in 1 Compact Memory Card Reader)

This card reader is advertised as plug-and-play and as such it doesn't require any drivers outside of what is included with Windows going all the way back to Windows XP. Make sure the USB port is good that you are plugging into and that it is ideally a 2.0 port. This device is old now and there is a much higher chance of failure.
