The HP Texas Instruments Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated memory card reader on compatible HP and Compaq notebooks. It supports Texas Instruments PCIxx21 and related 6xx1/7xx1 CardBus and media card reader controllers, allowing Windows to recognize supported removable memory cards.
Installation
- Download
SP33439.exe. - Double-click the file to extract the HP SoftPaq package.
- Open the extracted folder and run
Setup.exeif installation does not start automatically. - Follow the installation instructions.
- Restart the notebook if prompted, then test the card reader with a compatible memory card.
Note: This package is listed for several HP Compaq models, including the nc6110, nc6230 and nx6130. Confirm your card reader hardware before installing.
