Win32 This is due to a software update carried out by Microsoft in November 2017. The issue seemed to affect Epson dot matrix printers, and users reported issues with printer models such as Epson LX-310, Epson FX890, and Epson LQ690. To remove this message you can either uninstall the update via your PC's Control Panel or you can go the Microsoft Update Catalog and install the default Microsoft Printer Driver.
