The cards that contain the S3 P86C928 chipset were in the middle of many changes to the way graphics cards were implemented as there was no standard before PCI and AGP came along. So some cards had either ISA, EISA or VL-BUS and sometimes both on the same board (see the picture of the XHR Winner 1000)
