Many laptop/Notebook and Tablets have the Realtek PC Camera built-in and manual driver installation may be required if it isn't recognized by Windows. The WHQL version of the driver is below, and it is the latest version as it hasn't been updated in nearly a decade. The driver has gone missing on the Realtek official website.
Even though this doesn't appear to be a USB device physically, it is connected to the USB bus internally.
