The Dell Inspiron 15R (N5110) was an awesome computer back in the day, even had the option for a dedicated graphics for gaming or other graphics processing. Drivers are mainly for Vista and Windows 7 due to the fact that those OS were what was released at the time. Windows 10 will install on the machine using drivers that come Windows 10 however for the graphics it might be best to try the OEM sites for the ATI and Nvidia drivers.
