There is a known issue with this drive not working on modern computers especially notebooks and tablets due to their not being enough electrical current on the USB port. There are no drivers to fix this. The only real alternatives are to try the drive on another computer, change the current output on the port, or by some sort of adapter to give the driver the current it needs. Or buy a new device that is guaranteed to work on your computer.
One last thing that may work is using the drive on the laptop while it is plugged into a charger, and make sure the laptop is in performance mode in regards to the CPU.
There is a firmware upgrade below, but this will not fix the issue of the drive not working on Windows 10 on some laptop/notebooks.
