We currently don't have a driver for the Bytecc BT-350 because what this adapter is used with an SATA or IDE drive it complies with the Mass Storage drivers that are with versions of Windows going back to Windows XP. To give the adapter the best case scenario make sure you have a reliable USB 3.0 port with some understanding of the Disk Management system that has been integrated into Windows since Windows 2000. You may have to mount the driver and assign a drive letter. Of course the adapter could be faulty or the drive connected might have issues.
