The company was known for its high-quality and affordable sound cards, including the popular WavExtreme 32 (SC800) Interwave card, which was widely used by PC gamers and musicians during the 1990s. However, the company faced financial difficulties in the late 1990s and eventually filed for bankruptcy in 1999.
