The Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit (SB0410) technically is not part Sound Blaster Live! family of devices due to not having a EMU10k1/10k2 processor. From a technical standpoint it is essentially a modified version of Audigy Value/Audigy LS with features missing and SNR of 100 dB, software based EAX, there isn't advanced resolution DVD-Audio playback, Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Digital EX 6.1.
Unfortunately there was never any Windows 98 support for this sound card much to the dismay of people setting up retro PCs.
Install Instructions
Extract the zip file and install drivers as you would using add/remove hardware.
