What is usb2.0-crw driver?
If your Dell/Toshiba or other laptop/computer has this appearing in the device manager it is because the you have a Realtek card reader on the machine. The device may not be installed correctly or not installed at all. If you don't intend on using the card reader you could probably ignore the device. Otherwise install the drivers for the device.
