The Bytecc ME-320U2 IDE USB 2.0 External Enclosure shouldn't need any drivers for Windows ME onward, Earlier Windows 98 needs drivers installed. The device supports up to 750GB drives, but depending on the brand of the driver installed there may be size issues. Most IDE CDROM/CDRW/DVDRW drives have no issues.
