The Razer Kiyo requires no additional drivers to operate on Windows, it plugs in and you are away. If you are using a laptop, and the device isn't showing make sure you laptop has a USB port that supplies enough amps to power the device. There is a firmware updater software that can be used on Windows to update the software that is coded into the Webcam itself.
