Xirlink PC Camera is a early webcam released by IBM. This camera is designed for older operating systems like Windows 2000 and Windows XP, but it may be worth trying to install on newer versions of Windows. The Driver package below does install on Windows 10 x64 but it hasn't been tested with the actual webcam.
