To get this ATI THEATER 650 PRO working in Windows 10 or Windows 11: Download the zipped ISO below, and mount the image in Windows. On the root of the CDROM run Atisetup.exe select Properties select capabilities Windows XP SP3 then Run Install as Administrator, restart and catalyst media center should be in your startup programs.
