ONN M241 Optical Mouse Driver

A mouse this simple shouldn't need any other drivers than what is included with the Windows system going back to Windows 2000, including MacOS and Linux. The only software that has ever been released is macro button software that is for mice with more buttons than the M241. If this mouse doesn't move the pointer on you computer immediately after plugging it in, throw it away and get a new mouse.

If the mouse is working sometimes... and then turning off over a period of time it could be because of USB power saving options being on. To remedy this:

1) In the Control Panel > System > Hardware tab > click on the "Device Manager".
2) In Device Manager, find an item called "Universal Serial Bus controllers." Open it, and double-click the first item called "USB Root Hub."
3) In the USB Root Hub Properties dialog, click on the "Power Management" tab.
4) "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked by default. Uncheck this box, and click "OK."
