Driver can be downloaded below for the ScanSnap iX500. This scanner like other Fujitsu document scanners is no longer supported, however with the official drivers this device can be used on most versions of Windows Including Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 64bit (x64) and 32bit (x86) editions. To Install the drivers using Windows 11/10 for example simply downloaded the WinSSHOfflineInstaller_2_20_0.exe file below, (it is a large file) and save to a location where you can run the package as an Administrator.
