The Intel® Celeron N2840, formerly codenamed Bay Trail, is a dual-core mobile processor launched in Q3 2014 using 22nm lithography. It features a base frequency of 2.16 GHz and a burst frequency of 2.58 GHz, with a 1MB L2 cache and a TDP of 7.5W. It supports up to 8GB DDR3L-1333 memory across two channels. Integrated Intel HD Graphics run up to 792 MHz. The chip includes Intel VT-x, Intel 64, and supports USB 3.0, PCIe 2.0, and up to two SATA ports.
