The only driver is for macOS this is an extension for the network component of the device. If the extension get blocked there is more information on Apple's site here: https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/technotes/tn2459/_index.html
Out of the box this device is should work on all Windows machines according to Anker it work back to Windows XP however I have yet to see anything USB C on Windows XP. Devices that draw more than 900mah should not be inserted into this device.
