The following items were presented in the company’s product line:
- DVB-S/S2 cards Prof Red Series/Prof Revolution/Prof Luxury CI;
- Digital satellite DVB-S/S2 receivers with CI;
- DVB-T MPEG-4 receivers with CI;
- Converters (LNB) Ku-band;
- DiSEqC-switches;
- Any other satellite equipment.
The company’s main specialization was production of DVB-S/S2 (receivers and PC DVB-cards) and DVB-T receivers (STB) for watching digital satellite television.
The Prof Tuners Group was founded in 2004 and since that it had become one of the biggest world leaders in production of receiving DVB-S/S2 and DVB-T devices for home use. The company`s engineers had acquired the unique experience in production, development and maintenance of DVB-S/S2 cards, DVB-S2 CI and DVB-T CI receivers.
Company’s headquarters were located in Shenzhen (China). DVB-S/S2 devices Prof were being tested with the help of satellites Astra, Hotbird, Sirius and others.
The Prof Tuners Group used the electronic components produced by the world leaders in multimedia and satellite chipset development: STMicroelectronics, Conexant Systems, Inc., NXP.
The company’s slogan was: “It just works as ABC.”
