Socket FT3 (BGA-769) is a mobile processor socket developed by AMD, introduced in 2013. Designed for low-power applications, it supports AMD's "Kabini" and "Temash" APUs, which utilize the Jaguar microarchitecture. These APUs integrate CPU cores with Radeon Graphics Core Next (GCN) GPU cores, UVD 3, and VCE 2.0 video acceleration. Socket FT3b, a later revision, supports "Beema" and "Mullins" APUs with the Puma architecture. Its desktop counterpart is Socket AM1.
