Western Digital Elements Hard Drive USB Drivers

No drivers are required on modern operating systems, if the drivers are not appearing on Windows 10 or Windows cannot read the drives after an upgrade to WIndows 10 from 7 or 8. Try replacing the USB cable. Also worth trying is using a USB hub to connect the device before it reaches a Windows 10 computer.
