No drivers are required on modern operating systems, if the drivers are not appearing on Windows 10 or Windows cannot read the drives after an upgrade to WIndows 10 from 7 or 8. Try replacing the USB cable. Also worth trying is using a USB hub to connect the device before it reaches a Windows 10 computer.

If you have already installed “WD FAT32 Formatter" older version your system,
To remove older version "WD FAT32 Formatter from your system:
1. Remove older version "WD FAT32 Formatter" program using Microsoft "Add or Remove Programs" located under start->"Control Panel".
2. Click Western Digital "DeleteBinFilesFromSystem32" program which will remove all WDxxxx.bin files from
"C:\WINDOWS\system32" directory.
To install new “WD FAT32 Formatter v2.0" on your system:
1. Click the "WD FAT32 Formatter" file to install the new "WD FAT32 Formatter” version (V2.0) on your system.
2. The new “WD FAT32 Formatter v2.0" will copy all WDxxxx.bin files in "C:\Program Files\Western Digital Corp\WD FAT32 Formatter\Images" folder.
To remove new “WD FAT32 Formatter v2.0" on your system:
