The Intel AX211 (Garfield Peak) is a Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) wireless chipset designed for modern laptops and compact systems. Launched in Q3 2021, it supports 2x2 MIMO operation across the 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz bands, delivering speeds of up to 2.4 Gbps with 160 MHz channels. The AX211 features integrated Bluetooth 5.3, MU-MIMO, and OFDMA for improved efficiency and lower latency. Available in M.2 2230 and 1216 form factors, it supports Windows 10/11 (64-bit), Linux, and Chrome OS, and is compatible with Intel vPro® platforms.
