Windows 11 and Windows 10 are known to have issues with the Realtek Audio chipsets such as disabling or removing the drivers. Re-installing the drivers or updating the drivers is one remedy. The Realtek Audio codec is currently at version: R2.83 this is still the current driver as of August 2025
