BaoFeng Programming USB Cable Driver Windows 11/10 x64

The purpose of the BaoFeng Programming USB Cable is to convert the serial interface (Accessed via the mic/headphone jacks) to USB for programming in Windows. The drivers below are for this cable which uses the Prolific PL2303 or a FTDI Chipset these are common chipset used to convert such interfaces.
